You'll experience our expedition as a  photographer, an authentic traveler, a friend, never as a tourist. You'll capture fascinating photos and stories to share back home. You'll also get to be involved in paying goodwill forward as we engage with humanitarian groups and missions. 
If there is a dream destination for photographers we'll find it. We seek the magical lands and old culture. From Mayan Indians who still practice sacred ceremonies and wear clothing designed hundreds of years ago to fishermen who paddle out canoes to catch the morning meal.

COST

Your total tuition is $2800 for the Guatemala Photography Workshop. This includes two photography leaders, relevant critiques, hands-on lessons, all hotels, ground transportation in Guatemala, four breakfasts, two lunches,  Prices are based on double occupancy. We can try to match you if you travel alone. Private rooms are an additional $300. for nine nights. 
 

REGISTER

We keep the photography expeditions small with just seven-eight participants.  Our goal is to give individual attention and form our own tribe as we travel. We cannot allow more than this number. You are welcome to bring someone who isn't a photographer (the same price applies) Reserve your spot with a $600 deposit. Because our trips depend on a small number and we travel during the high season we reserve hotels far in advance deposits are necessary to reserve your place.
